Builder's Network Terms & Conditions

Definitions

In these terms, the following definitions apply:

• Builder's Network: the online platform for professionals in construction and engineering.
• User: any natural or legal person who uses the platform.
• Service(s): all products, services, information, jobs, deals, tools, AI functionality and other facilities offered via Builder's Network.

Applicability

1. These terms and conditions apply to all users of Builder's Network.

2. By using the platform, the user agrees to these terms.

3. Deviations are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

Account registration

1. Registration may be required for certain services.

2. Users are responsible for keeping their information accurate and up to date.

3. Login credentials must be kept confidential.

4. Builder's Network may block or delete accounts in case of misuse or violation of these terms.

Use of the platform

1. Users must use the platform carefully and lawfully.

2. It is not permitted to:

• Provide false information
• Misuse the platform
• Distribute harmful software
• Infringe on the rights of third parties
• Use the platform for illegal activities.

Jobs and offers

1. Builder's Network acts solely as a platform and information intermediary.

2. Builder's Network is not a party to agreements formed between users and third parties.

3. Users are solely responsible for assessing jobs, deals and business opportunities.

AI assistant

1. The AI functionality is offered to support users.

2. Answers from the AI assistant are informational in nature.

3. Users remain responsible for verifying the information provided.

4. Builder's Network provides no guarantee of completeness, accuracy or timeliness of AI answers.

Intellectual property

1. All intellectual property rights relating to the platform belong to Builder's Network or its licensors.

2. It is not permitted to copy, distribute or commercially use content without permission.

Payments and subscriptions

1. Rates as stated on the platform apply to paid services.

2. Payments must be made on time.

3. Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless cancelled in time.

4. Amounts already paid will not be refunded, unless legally required otherwise.

Liability

1. Builder's Network strives for the platform to function correctly but provides no guarantees.

2. Builder's Network is not liable for:

• Missed jobs
• Loss of revenue or profit
• Incorrect information from third parties
• Decisions users make based on information on the platform.

3. Any liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the preceding twelve months.

Availability

1. Builder's Network strives for the highest possible availability.

2. Maintenance, outages or technical issues may lead to temporary interruptions.

Termination

1. Users may terminate their account at any time.

2. Builder's Network reserves the right to block or terminate accounts in case of violation of these terms.

Privacy

The processing of personal data is subject to the Privacy Policy of Builder's Network.

Changes

Builder's Network may amend these terms. The most current version will be published on the platform.

Applicable law

Dutch law exclusively applies to these terms. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court.
